Dr Kowals has a different style which I appreciated. She explained medical issues to me clearly and ask really good questions. Her office is cozy and so is her patient's leather chair. The waiting room was very friendly. She was very flexible with my schedule. She was recommended by my OB when I was dealing with post-partum. Drugs weren't emphasized at all which is what I was looking for. I just needed support. She is very direct which I appreciate.
