I love this doctor and the staff are nice but I have a REAL PROBLEM with getting refills for my for my medications. They never answer my phone messages and the meds aren’t sent in in a timely manner. I’m sitting here with one pen for my RA med, the pharmacy has sent them two forms to fill out for refills since the sixth and the pharmacy doesn’t even have the prescription yet. I will run out before my next appointment and they KNOW this. Why is sending in a refill so difficult?
