Dr. Koonce's office was very pleasant and able to schedule an appointment quickly. Dr. Koonce quickly impressed me with her amazing and polite bedside manner. She listened to my issues , was respectful as she proceeded through the exam. and then discussed the options. As soon as my insurance was approved, Whitney immediately contacted me on setting up a time. Dr. Koonce is very thorough with surgery and wanted everything to look as natural as possible. My family was informed throughout the surgery often, which was nice too. As a result of my experience with Dr. Koonce and her staff, I highly recommend her!!
