My teenage daughter has serious problems and needed real help. She can't keep food down. She's losing weight. We went to Louis Mizell and he showed very minor interest. He had no solutions. He ordered a test that took months and said maybe he could look into a solution. He led us on for months then ghosted us. We had to start at square one. We went back to our general doctor and started the process over. We finally got into Dr. Segura, and she was caring! She was worried about my daughter's weight. She got us started on medication and physical therapy. My daughter cried in the car ride home because she was so relieved to have a doctor in her corner. It's still early, but now we have hope!
