I am quite satisfied with DR. Hightower. He appears very knowledgeable and caring about his patients. I see him for UTI problems. I notice a couple of one stars are because the waiting room is overly filled. That is because there are more than one DRs at this office. I am always called in promptly and my wait short. DR Hightower attends to all my concerns and never rushes me. Another patient gave a one star due to her keeping her urine sample with her in the exam room...she was supposed to leave it in the bathroom and the nurse always tells you to do that. The reason her wait was so long she didn't listen to instructions and the DR didn't have her urine sample to examine. Just explaining two of the bad reviews..they aren't fair. I would recommend him to anyone needing a Urologist.
