Tried to get into my GP of 20 yrs for severe ear infection, canal closed shut, swollen lymph node and very painful; referred to ENT but no appt until June 20th?! Requested pain meds and earcdrops from my doc office @GFM, told no for ear drops and never recvd call back on pain meds, went straight to ER @ SJ Med and treated by Dr. EDER who did everything to resolve pain including getting CT Sinus scan and reviewing w Dr. Jacobson over phone; blood work, wick to open ear, excellent care!!
