I called the office to make an appointment with Dr. De Fronzo after being diagnosed with a contagious GI infection and feeling like I still had many questions unanswered despite starting treatment with my GI. His receptionist scheduled me quickly, and Dr. De Fronzo treated me like I had been his patient for years. He took the time to listen to me, explain everything, and gave me helpful advice on how to prevent reinfection. The GI doctor who is treating me would have never taken so much time to properly inform me on how to keep my gut safe. It’s a relief to see there are still doctors who care like this one!
