Everyone was professional and kept me informed of everything that was going on. Went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They were very busy but it was like I was the only one there. The entire staff was amazing and no one looks forward to a colonoscopy but they couldn't have made me more comfortable and relaxed. Best customer service I have received anywhere, hands down. I would highly recommend Dr. Matter and his staff!
