Dr. Gates is very friendly and has exceptional bedside manner! He was very approachable to all of my needs and questions. He listened to all of my concerns and offered a nicely detailed diagnosis that both me and my wife both clearly understood. I never felt rushed as an office patient as he took the time to really listen and assess my health needs. He even took the time to video chat with me prior to my surgery date to make sure that I was fine having my surgery and alleviate any anxiety I may have had which was nice. The whole time he was very courteous and professional. I would be very confident going to him in the future.
