Interscalene block & general 5/31. Both he and his assistant were phenomenal. Explained everything, (the block was a day of surprise) so much anxiety followed. Told him of possible side effect I had, changed his selection to accommodate. Kept me calm & informed. Trusted (still do) his methodology and experience implicitly.
