I was 44yrs. old in 2002 and had 2 failed back surgeries where they removed the entire disc and installed hardware. I came out of surgery with more pain and was put on Fentanyl transdermal patches that helped. I moved to Florida in 2004 and was put on 80mg methadone, 8mg of hydromorphone, and alprazolam. My life for the next 10 yrs. was no life at all. Everything revolved around my pain. My pain Doctor Dr. Murali Angirekula recomended Dr. Pyles for a Boston Scientific Spinal Cord Stimulator trial. All went well and I decided to have the implant in 2014. Life changing is all I can say. Dr. Pyles has the experience, knowledge and is the best at what he does. Fast forward to 2024 and he did the upgrade surgery on my 2nd one. Everything from the front desk to the back is handled with professionalism. Boston Scientific representatives are on hand at all appointments to make adjustments as needed. Thank you Dr. Pyles and staff.
