Our family was quickly put to ease after a scary medical incident. Dr. Shih speaks and moves quickly, but is thorough in his testing and explanations. He also took time to answer questions. This is urgent care where there is a long line of anxious patients so do not expect coddling or time wasted on chit chat. The staff are there to put you at ease, but in an efficient manner.
