First of all they don’t take secondary insurance. When I was sent home to Chicago for a surger first they never contacted the referral Doctor to discuss my situation and the first Doctor didn’t even take my insurance. Every other Doctor I have dealt with would make arrangements for the referral. So I had to do it myself. As far as the secondary insurance after I gave my Medicare information, tried to give my Medicaid information the lady just ignore me and didn’t take my information or explain why. Then when I get a call from their billing the lady was rude and also didn’t tell me that they didn’t take secondary insurance. I am disabled and have a limited income I also worked 60 to 70 hours a week most of my working life. I think I have earned these benefits and should be allowed to use them. When they tried to schedule my next shift, told them I would not be back. As I left the office I heard a lady telling someone that I was not coming back because they didn’t take my Medicaid . She
