Dr Steven Silverman and his office go above and beyond the extra mile in dealing with insurance companies that are difficult. Requiring Video conference calls to approve the Facet block I need. The first facet Block (diagnostic) he did for me gave me 15- 20 days of no pain at all I have not had this in years!!! Now I need one to get be through the healing period after the Rhizotomy he just did. I also like the fact he does not require a brand new MRI every time work is needed!!! Saves $ $ $
