I do not know why anyone would rate him poorly. Dr. Kaiser is definitely a gem. He is very personable, answers any questions very thoroughly, does not rush and really listens to understand, will educate and kind. I really believe he actually cares and enjoys what he does. This is one of the best drs I have seen you do NOT find them like him!
