As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile and kind word by Marly (?), the receptionist and after completing the paperwork, Iliana (?), the friendly hygenist, came to take me back to begin my x-rays and cleaning, after explaining everything before she began to take care of me. She did a truly professional and complete cleaning and as a retired RN, I was quite impressed. Dr. Crane came in right afterward and introduced himself before examining me. He saw I had a small cavity at the gum line in my right molar (that was supposedly filled a year ago by a dentist who never introduced himself or spoke the entire time he was doing it!) and I could clearly see in the mirror that it was still a cavity. Dr. Crane spent 10 or 15 minutes with me and said not to worry, he'd take care of the filling for me. The other young lady in the front office explained she'd call after getting preauthorization for my follow up with Dr. Crane. Wonderful experience! Caring dentist and caring staff!
