Let's just say, the stars, the moon , my wife who is a nurse there, my body has lined up and demanded the best, most compassionate humans beings I have been, 'assigned' to have on my team. A couple months ago, my neurologist has assigned a new doctor to be on my team. (they are trying to figure out what caused my stroke, so I do not have one again).
