I've seen Dr. Fallon for 15 years: two implants, two extractions. He has quickly become my reconstructive dentist;s recommended surgeon for implants and extractions. This month my wife needed an implant and I recommended Dr. Fallon and also recommended she remain awake. She came home with no swelling and said "I can 't believe how quick it was." I told her she would hardly notice the Lidocaine after it wore off; she didn't. An extraction in 5 minutes probably keeps side effects to a minimum.
