Dr. Hwang was the first doctor in a very long time to listen to everything I had to say and then educate on topics I had questions about. He is very intelligent in how he makes diagnoses and in his care plans. He answered my chart messages right away and demonstrated how much he cared for his patients. Over all he is a very kind doctor who is good at listening, educating, and making detailed care plans.
