Dr Hospodar is the consummate professional you want operating on your shoulder, if you are diagnosed with torn rotator cuff and biceps tendonesis. Today I am 8 weeks post op, and have healed quickly and beautifully, despite being in my mid70s. His office and surgical staff are a dream, quick to guide you through pre-op and postop and always immediately responsive to any questions or issues you may have. Dr H is honest, forthright, meticulous in his preparation for surgery, and explains all your options in detail on your first visit, once you are diagnosed. He truly cares about each patient. He briefed my husband immediately following my surgery, reassuring him that he - the doctor - was pleased with how the surgery went. He has a great personality, is very down to earth, and approachable, somewhat of a rarity given his surgical expertise and his many patients. He is 'la creme de la creme' in my book. I'm lucky to have found him, being a recent transplant from the DC area.
