I was referred to Dr. McAnany after years of chronic pain and unsuccessful conservative treatment. He determined that I was a candidate for Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion at level C3-4. I was not expecting to be cleared to resume sports and activities at 6 weeks. It is a joy to lift weights and play sports again pain-free. I'm so grateful to be relieved of the debilitating condition that affected my mobility, functioning and sense of well-being. The HSS floor at Stamford Hospital is immaculate and the staff is thorough, professional and courteous. Dr. McAnany explains things succinctly and is responsive to additional questions. Holly and Brooke in the office are equally warm and accessible. HSS is the gold standard. I have yet to visit any other provider that offers the same excellence in care.
