I had a very large cavity in upper right, second from the rear, molar which had become painful. Dr. Traub fitted me into his schedule the same afternoon my dentist called him and extracted the tooth the following morning. This was my second experience with Dr. Traub and I must say he does as close to a painless extraction as is possible -- both in the chair and afterwards. My tooth was so far gone that the three roots broke off and had to be removed one by one. Even so, I had virtually no pain.
