Dr. Grosso was clear about procedure,expectations and recovery. He did good work-excellent work-lots of stitches and technique and did not overdo outcome. I never wavered or questioned his skill or careful results-immensely happy with outcome.Susan in the billing office was really supportive and nice. Everyone was kind- yes it’s elective but wasn’t stressful and I felt safe and like I could ask and get answers to all my questions.Thank you,Dr. Grosso and team.
