Patient of nearly 20 years. I trust Dr. Pollak completely and have total confidence in his advice. He is caring and compassionate. Beyond that, he takes the time to explain things thoroughly and to listen to my concerns. In terms of logistics, the office staff is wonderful: caring and efficient. They are responsive to phone calls and stay on top of everything.
