Dr. Steven Mark Powell is a good doctor and a sincerely nice person. He is passionate about his profession. I have been his gastroenterology patient with his care for nearly 10 years and I have been satisfied with his care during that time. He is convinced that colonoscopies are the standard of care for testing with a family history, and is willing to entertain my thoughts and concerns wherever my questions take me. He is willing to work with me, so that I can visually watch the procedure, with medication only as needed. I can see polyps being removed! That picture is worth a thousand words! We have had several phone conversations. His nurse is especially helpful. His endoscopy team is always professional! I am grateful for his knowledge and skill. I have recommended him to my family, one of whom has accessed his care.
