Dr. Rutman set the tone for my great anesthesiology experience when he introduced himself and explained in clear uncluttered communications what was to occur. He has a confident relaxed friendly manner and the most pleasant facial expression which inspired me to feel calm and unafraid and no problems post-surgery! I've often thought that it's the anesthesiologist who is the "crown jewel" of the surgical team and Dr. Rutman certainly was for me!
