Dr. Hart is an excellent dentist! He is very professional and yet friendly at the same time. He and his staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The sanitizing procedures were explained in detail to me, making me feel very safe. My initial exam was thorough and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Hart
