Dr Steven Segraves, I received a 90 day supply of my prescription from Centerwell Pharmacy and they said you ordered them and I have an e-mail from them saying I am to receive another prescription from them shortly and they said it is a 30 day packet like my assisted living pharmacy uses (UnitedRx KC). They said to contact you when I said there must be some confusion as I cannot have medicine as I live in assisted living. Please give me a phone call or e-mail me as I don't know how to use the patient portal. Thank you. Lucille Logsdon
