Amazing emergency room physician and human being. My 7 mo old grandson came to the er for what was determined to be previously undiagnosed (and now advanced) bacterial meningitis. Dr Lauterbach not only was amazing with my grandson (had him flown to CHO), but was equally amazing to our family. While my grandson was still at CHO, his pregnant mother (my daughter) became very ill and dehydrated. Dr Lauterbach was at the er, remembered her and made sure she was treated with gentle care by all.
