I have only had telehealth visits and have met with this doctor maybe four times now. She has been very engaged and empathetic. She has persisted with my medication until she has found what seems to work well. I look forward to meeting with her each time and come away from our visits encouraged. She does more than just prescribe medication, which is so often the usual expectation with psychiatrists anymore. She is supportive of other therapists where I can receive tools for my recovery.
