Dr. Getzen was very patient with my son who went in to have an ingrown toenail procedure. He was having extremely high levels of panic, crying, etc.. and she remained calm, got him a wet rag and water, gave him enough information but not too much, and was patient with his fear. She complimented him and me afterward, and I was impressed with how quickly and well she did the procedure. His toe has healed beautifully, and I'll absolutely go back when the next toe (inevitably) gets ingrown.
