I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly's for 14 years. I have an unusual condition and have never found another specialist who has been as knowledgeable and good at treating it. When Dr. Kelly moved from Lewes to the Christiana Care system (about 60 miles away), I elected to travel that distance rather than change doctors. She's down-to-earth, warm, and caring.
