I had a recent trip to the ER on Thanksgiving no less and was extremely sick, scared & literally thought I was not going to make it! It certainly felt that why anyway! My wait time was less than 5 minutes & as soon as I had put my gown on & was in my bed that Dr Lewis was in to see me. That quick! Not only did she ease my anxiety, she was very thorough with her questions, very knowledgeable with her answers. She was extremely thorough again with the tests, labs & X-rays she ordered along with a treatment plan that had me feeling so much better within the hour! I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff members who helped me thru from my kind & caring nurse who made sure I was warm enough and attended to my needs even before I said a word, to Leo who monitored my heart, to the technician who gave me a breathing treatment, to Pablo who wheeled me down to XRay! My mother always loved Scripps Mercy and now from personal experience I understand why! Thank you Dr Lewis & staff!
