Dr. Brown was very personable and helpful. Nurse couldn't get IV in my arm, so Dr. Brown hit my vein first try. Also great at my sons surgery. The billing department are nice, but I have no idea why they charged me $182 copay for my son and $120 for myself, when we have no copay or deductible. This money should be returned promptly, or not even charged. They should know their insurances and what they pay, or call. Still waiting for my 302.00 I should have never had to pay!
