Dr. Palleschi is a wonderful, kind, sympathetic, doctor. She's straight forward, in a very compassionate way. After consulting with other surgeons, she was the one I chose. I wish she were with another medical group, because for me, the handling of my situation through the Northwell group leaves a lot to be desired. Team Northwell has left me disenchanted and without confidence in the support I feel I need in dealing with my breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, and follow up care. Just yesterday, I was on hold for 20 minutes with Northwell imaging before a human answered the phone to schedule an appointment. There are some truly amazing people in Northwell, but for me, the system doesn't work well as a whole.
