I met Dr. Mandel on a referral - I have needed a primary for several years. Before my first exam, we spent about 30 minutes discussing my history. Since I began seeing her, I have unfortunately had a few medical issues. She is available by cell phone (text/call) almost 24 hours a day. Her new office manager/medical assistant is very nice, smart and on top of everything. Dr. Mandel's referrals to specialists are top notch - one's she said she'd go to if she had to. She is honest, gets to the point, looks at EVERY possibility and follows up with every single specialist (what doctor does that these days), making sure we get all of the necessary information. She is also kind and funny.Part of why she is able to focus on all of her patients with such detail is she has become a 'partnership' medical corporation. You will have to join (pay a yearly fee) to get her absolutely amazing care. She is worth more than she charges.
