Dr. Hall and her staff are caring and compassionate for all their patience. Dr. Hall makes sure you are taken care of before during and after surgery. She is very kind and gentle. Although I personally would not want to make her mad. Maureen, her PA, sends you home with her number and says to call if you have any questions or concerns after surgery. What? Who does that? These 2 could not make a more caring and dedicated team. Catherine at the front desk is very soft-spoken and makes you feel like everything is OK. I have worked in and been to lots of doctors and never have I had an office like this one. I told her now if she could just fix all my other bones of problem, I would have it made. Absolutely the best around hand down! The only problem now she's decided to retire. I sure hope I never have any more upper limb issues. Won't find another like her and her crew, I'm afraid...
