I haven't seen her for my follow-up appt yet, but she was very nice while I was in the hospital. I read the comments from another site that also weren't very complimentary, but then noticed they were all more than a year old. When I called to book my appt with Dr. Wada, the receptionist could not have been nicer; she even explained to me that I might get her asst's vm as she's in clinic today. She also mentioned that her asst is great at returning calls. So at this point, I say 5 stars!
