Great customer service and excellent bedside manner. Dr. Ettienne is very knowledgable, and cares about the welling being of your child, and family members. Especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. She implemented all necessary precautions - such as 24/7 ultra violet germicidal lights on her HVAC systems, and telemedicine visits for patients who are sick or are exhibiting cold or fever like symptoms. With over 26 years as a pediatrician, I strongly recommend her.
