She has been very personalable. Clear and easy to understand her discussions. Recently I registered a complaint with my drug company for the price of exemestane.She was sent paperwork and filled them out to my surprise the drug company agreed to change the drug to tier 1. What a life saver with my finances. Her time is valuable and I appreciate her help..
