Patient Reviews

Dr. Attia is EXCEPTIONAL! He performed a quadruple bypass on me. He is thorough, & very cautious, He will not rush your care, and wants to be sure you are completely healed fromm the inside out. He wants you to move after surgery and pushes his patients to reach for the best- which will inevitably, aid in achieving a speedy recovery. Very smart! After surgery, nurses saw my scar and said his work was "beautiful." I also had an heart surgeon recommend him who also said he had beautiful work. I didn't understand what was "beautiful" at first, especially when I was looking at my body with scars and bandages on it. However, later, I understood. I saw pics of persons whose surgery looked botchy, they had staples and thread running all thru them. Some of their chest incisions were extremely crooked. However, with Dr. Attia- his work was very neat, which resulted in the chest incision healing neatly. It is, for the most part, quite straight. He is one of the Best Drs. at Emory.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
