Patient Reviews
May 25, 2023
Due to fear, I postponed a surgery for 7 years and tolerated the effects of my decision until those effects became somewhat intolerable. I chose Dr. Long because he performed a surgery on my husband years ago which was a success. I remembered how great he was in pre-op meetings back then. From the moment that you meet him, you feel comfortable. He never seemed "rushed" in conversations, he explained everything in detail and was incredibly encouraging. He was the person that FINALLY convinced me to get the surgery that I desperately needed and he was very empathetic of my fears. I'm now 3 months post-op and feeling great (I should have never waited so long). I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Long to anyone in need of his expertise. He is, by far, the best doctor that I have ever met in my 50+ years.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
