I gave her a 4 star instead of 5 because I had a problem with her billing staff. Dr. Pence, herself is an excellent surgeon and did an outstanding job on my shoulder, Her scheduler is also excellent, Billing not as good as I had expected and her receptionist has an attitude I found offensive.
