Dr. Fatima has demonstrated to be an excellent and seasoned Psychiatrist who isn't interested in just prescribing medications. She listens intently and always makes me feel heard. She is a part of a great team of professionals at North Central Bronx Partial Hospitalization Program. I always feel safe and hopeful when we meet. I trust that she will help me get back to mental stability, as we discuss what the best treatment and medications for me at this time are. She is personable and genuinely caring. What went well • I felt respected • Appointment scheduling • Listened & answered questions • Explained conditions well • Staff friendliness • Appointment wasn't rushed • Trusted the provider's decisions
