My family has seen Dr James for a number of years. Not just myself, but also my husband, my parents , one of my sons, his wife, etc., and Dr. James has consistently been the most caring, professional physician I have seen (and believe me, I have had to see plenty due to my illness)! And his staff is phenomenal. Especially Kim, as she's always there for us. Everyone there is. I would have done this sooner, but I just received a new phone for Christmas!
