Dr. Shiozaki was professional but had a great bedside manner. She took the time to explain everything in a manner that both us understood. She didn't act annoyed or upset with the questions or things we had to discuss. She is caring and confident in her skills, she explained all the possible outcomes but was positive and empathetic.
