Dr. Ji has been seeing my son for seizure disorders since he was 3 (2011 to present). She is always friendly and engaging with him. When I initially balked at having a child on medication for an extended period of time she took the time to explain the side effects and reasons for doing so and put a lot of my concerns to rest. I never feel rushed, and the office staff is always helpful and courteous. I would say that some additional treatment options other than just medication and some sort of long term plan would be so welcome, however that's more a testament of the disorder than of the doctor.
