Patient Reviews
Jun 24, 2024
Dr Formanek is an exceptionally caring physician. I was involved in a accident which lead to the need for a hand surgeon. He was recommended as the best hand surgeon in Iowa. Even though we live over 2 hours away, I sought out the best. With perfection he set a plan in place. With surgical precious he has worked with me since Mother's Day week. Both he and his staff have been available for every question. I'm thankful he shared all his knowledge and skill with me helping me to save the use of my hand. I'll forever be thankful!!
