Dr. McGlothin performed a mastectomy on me in 1999. She literally saved my life. I was referred to her by my gynecologist after being diagnosed with a rather large malignant tumor in my left breast. I was only 45 years old and very scared that my life would soon be over. Dr. McGlothin had such a positive attitude and was such a compassionate person and helped me through this difficult time. After surgery, I had chemotherapy and radiation and breast reconstruction. She always had my back and I am not sure I would be here today if it were not for her skills as a surgeon and kind heart. I will always recommend Dr. McGlothin to anyone facing a diagnosis of breast cancer.
