Without a doubt, the best dentist and staff I have ever known! Every person who I have encountered at SmileAlive is above and beyond: competent, caring, genuinely glad to assist... fantastic! Dr. Terri Baarstad embodies caring professionalism... she is an excellent communicator and can provide clear, sincere emotional support even while expertly describing a procedure before adroitly carrying it out. She calm and kind presence (and expertise) makes even challenging, two-hour appointments become positive and worry-free. I recommend SmileAlive to anyone - families with young children, people, like myself who may have had stressful prior experiences in the dental chair, and elders. The office is a great environment... music, blankets, heated shoulder wraps... holy cow!, it's truly the best I have encountered! Huge thank you to the staff who consistently take such good care of me!
